The problem
India had no pandemic
digital infrastructure.
When COVID-19 reached India in March 2020, there was no automated monitoring system, no state-level traveller tracking, no mobile testing infrastructure. I built all three. The first automated COVID-19 monitoring app in-country fed live data to the Chief Minister's Office with 1,500–2,000 health workers active simultaneously. A Traveller Tracking System went live across Hyderabad Airport, all railways, bus stations, and every district border. For Andhra Pradesh, 50+ mobile testing units hit 1 million samples across 11 districts in 150 days. None of these existed before we built them.

The problem
Prescription monitoring
from hardware to platform.
Built LIVIT from scratch — a prescription monitoring device, a patient prescription management app, and a pharmacist compliance application for specialty pharmacies. Three products, one connected system, zero inherited codebase. Taken to MEDICA 2018 in Düsseldorf and DMEA 2019 in Berlin as an official Microsoft Germany partner and Nordic Semiconductor partner. Patent pending on the medication management and fulfillment model.

The problem
A global telecom needed
modern infrastructure.
Seven years at iBasis. Real-time analytics portals for multinational carriers, AWS-based fraud detection running against international call traffic at scale, and the initial architecture for IoT and eSIM service lines that became a new business line. Also led the migration of legacy contract profitability systems from monolith to microservices. That last one requires both deep technical execution and enough business context to know what you can't break.

Assisted living facilities
running on paper.
Designed and built a digital operations platform for US assisted living facilities. HIPAA-compliant patient intake, insurance billing across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, commercial dental, and self-pay, plus a scheduler for mobile care operations. Two facilities directly managed. Hundreds of residents across Florida senior communities served through mobile care programs. Dental, Cardiology, Neurology, and Primary Care — one platform, not four.
